REC Outsourcing is an outsourcing recruitment Services Company headquartered in London, UK. We help companies meet recruitment challenges involving volume, scale, resource constraints, compliance issues or logistical hurdles.
We’re different from other RPOs. We have a proprietary team-based approach to volume recruitment management. Our process is flexible, scalable and metrics-based from beginning to end. The most important metric in our business comes from our regular, ongoing client satisfaction surveys. (We’re doing well so far.)
